Tequesta Point is a trilogy of high-rise luxury condominiums developed by Swire Group and designed by Architect J. Scott, the same team that developed the Asia condominium, all on Brickell Key island community. The buildings when opened, from 1995-2001, were some of the tallest Miami had to offer.
Tequesta Point Towers are located at the entrance of the Miami River, with views of Biscayne Bay, Downtown Miami and beyond. Tequesta Point towers are conceived with every exquisite details to create a great residential tradition on the bay. Named in honor of the American Indian tribe found by Florida's early Spanish explorers at the mouth of the Miami River, Tequesta Point were also inspired by international artist Manuel Carbonell's series of Tequesta Indian sculptures.
One Tequesta Point is the first of the Tequesta Point residences built in 1995. The architectural design of this residential tower adopts a modern, European overtone. One Tequesta Point is located at 888 Brickell Key Drive, at the northeast corner of Brickell Key Island.
One Tequesta Point rises 30 stories and has 288 units from one, two, three, four and five bedrooms with square foot ranging from 780 sq ft to 3,310 sq ft. Amenities include concierge, valet parking, swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, 24-hour security, and activity's room.
Two Tequesta Point was completed in 1999. At 808 Brickell Key Drive, is in between the three Tequesta Point towers. Two Tequesta Point has 40 stories and 269 units from one, two, three, four and five bedrooms and with square footage ranging from 907sq ft to 5097 sq ft.
Two Tequesta Point is enhanced by landscaped plazas, fountains, sculptures and gardens. Amenities include gated entrance, porte cochere, double height lobby, club room and billiards room, business center with full conference facilities, health club featuring state-of-the-art exercise equipment, aerobics studio, saunas and massage therapy, 30 meters heated pool, 2 squash courts, 2 racquetball courts, tennis court, basket ball court, private waterfront cabanas, two high-speed elevators, valet, concierge, covered parking, privately maintained waterfront promenade forming linear park and 24-hours security guard.
